With years of experience leading large-scale transformation, James has worked across industries to drive digital change, refine governance frameworks, and support leadership teams in navigating complex change environments.
His focus is on delivering practical, results-driven transformation, whether it's shaping strategy, embedding governance, or leading digital and organisational change initiatives.
Most of his work has been in financial services, utilities and infrastructure environments, where safety, operations and service performance cannot be compromised.
In those settings, change has to be realistic and executable.
